Michelle Hiresh - Managing Partner

She earned her degree in Fashion Design and Marketing at the International Academy of Design and Technology in Tampa, Florida . Michelle started Hiresh Signature Planning, coordinating events for Gucci, The Orlando Magic, The Tampa Bay Lightning, The National Multiple Sclerosis Society, The Ronald McDonald House, and many others.

Keith Ingersoll - Co-Founder

A University of Central Florida Liberal Studies Graduate, Keith is the Founder of Ingersoll Investments and serves on many prestigious boards around Orlando Actively involved in real estate, Keith is a partner in TIP Landholding, LLC, which acquires and sells land in Florida. Currently they hold significant positions in South Florida and in the Panhandle.

Ryan Deming - Managing Partner

After attending Lee University in Cleveland, Tennessee, Ryan returned to Orlando where he started his company, Image Marketing Group, LLC  at the young age of 21.  Image Marketing Group provides representation and consulting services assisting companies with their advertising and marketing needs. He also founded Guys with Ties Philanthropy.

Sterling Raphael -Chief Technology Officer

A University of Central Florida Business Marketing graduate, Sterling has twelve years of professional experience conceptualizing and directing the development of innovative Internet applications. He founded NFi Studios, a full-service interactive agency comprised of highly talented designers, developers, and marketing specialists.

Allison Coney- Vice President of Operations

While attending Florida State University, Allison has resided in the Tampa Bay area.  With a background in education, retail and customer service, she most recently gained valuable experience while working in Public Relations.  Allison is involved with the South Tampa Young Leaders and Executives, a committee of the South Tampa Chamber of Commerce.

Heidi Gagliardi- Marketing Assistant

Born in Miami, Florida, she is currently studying to get her Bachelor’s in Marketing at the University of Central Florida. Heidi venturedout west to become a Production Assistant for Tyrell Music Group in Los Angeles, CA. She helped in the production on a couple of music projects: Rod Stewart’s, Great American Songbook, in 2005, and Steve Tyrell’s, Songs of Sinatra, in 2005. She worked with many amazing artist such as Steve Tyrell, Rod Stewart, Chaka Khan, Diana Ross, Elton John and her favorite Frank Sinatra Junior.
