I'm Jana Stewart (President of J Fitness ~ Active Lifestyles). I've lived in Las Vegas for almost 2 years, prior to that, I lived in Florida, Atlanta, California, and Michigan. I attended Florida A&M University where I obtained a BS in Business Economics and a MS in Public Administration. My past job experinces have allowed me the opportunity to travel all over the world, thus creating a love for travel. I have been involved in the Health & Fitness industry for almost 10 years. I've competed in events from marathons / 5k's to figure / bikini competitions. I love being active, keeping fit and helping people achieve their fitness goals, which is why I became an an active lifestyle coach.
